Distribution Center
HEB DISTRIBUTION CENTER
At the H-E-B Distribution Center on Windfern Road—a 156,000 square-foot cold storage facility—TYDI Services launched operations on September 1, 2022. Our team provided a full suite of services, including rough and final construction cleaning, high-reach freezer rack cleaning up to 80 feet, and a complete washdown of concrete surfaces. We delivered polished floors, spotless interiors, and pristine exteriors through detailed pressure washing. Our scope also extended to parking lot striping and comprehensive landscape installation and maintenance—ensuring the entire facility met the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Showroom and Warehouse Facility
LIVING SPACES - CENTRAL HOUSTON
In Central Houston, TYDI Services began work on the 101,000 square-foot Living Spaces showroom and warehouse facility on February 1, 2024. We delivered a full rough and final clean for both the showroom and warehouse, ensuring a spotless, welcoming environment from floor to ceiling. Our exterior services included landscape maintenance with seasonal plant installations, irrigation system upkeep, and complete pressure washing and window cleaning. Inside, we performed detailed overhead cleaning of ductwork, lighting, and speaker systems—creating a clean, dust-free space that reflects the high standards of the Living Spaces brand.
Mall - Shopping Center
LIVING SPACES - BAYBROOK MALL
Our work at Living Spaces in Baybrook Mall, a 160,000 square-foot facility, began on November 16, 2024. TYDI Services executed a thorough rough and final clean, leaving no detail overlooked. We polished floors and detailed hard surfaces, ensuring a pristine finish throughout. The exterior received a full power wash, and the parking lot was expertly restriped for a fresh look. Inside, we performed overhead cleaning for ducts, lighting, and speaker systems, maintaining a clean, inviting environment for customers and staff alike.
Renovation Project
HOUSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY
The Houston Housing Authority renovation project, managed by Terentino Properties, saw TYDI’s expertise put to work in an 88,000 square-foot facility beginning May 15, 2024. Our team handled complete landscape maintenance and exterior renovations, including irrigation system repair and optimization. We enhanced the facility's functionality with parking lot sealcoating, restriping, and the installation of concrete accessories and parking stops. Our landscaping team maintained vibrant surroundings with seasonal plantings, while pressure washing ensured clean exterior surfaces. Our services extended to window cleaning and detailed interior cleaning of individual units and communal spaces, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

In Lancaster, Texas, TYDI served the Scout Cold Storage facility, where our team delivered a comprehensive rough and final clean for this specialized cold storage environment.
